Ben Rucker and I just won a case in the IRS Tax Court. Apparently the IRS didn't believe that all the expenses I paid through my company HSA were medical. But I had proof. ALS is a very expensive disease to treat. Check out my explanation in my YouTube video.

 

It's nice to see that the information Ben and I put together in Advanced Tax Tactics both works and is defendable in court. There are some times that it is good to be a lawyer.
