Now that taxes have been wrapped up, the next deadline for many small business and real estate investors may be your state’s annual report on your corporation or LLC. There are a number of scams that are trapping lots of people who aren't real savvy on their state's reporting requirements. The scams are really well done and are tricking lots of people.
