Hi
There's always the kid who wants to spend all their inheritance as soon as they get it, or even before they get it. Make sure that your trust beneficiaries can't spend their inheritance before they even get it.
Make sure your kids' creditors can't get to it either. Spendthrift provisions are a critical part of a trust used to protect your estate from the "spendthrifts." Make sure your trust has the right language.

P.S. Our fall Boot Camp is filling up. While you can, use the Early Bird Discount savings. Remember,
tuition includes everything for two people. (I used to say "everything for two," and someone brought their big dog). So, register for two people before slots are gone for our
October 29-30, 2018 event. You won't regret it.
