As a new year begins, it is a good time to review where you are in life and what still needs to be done. Time with family and friends over the holidays is still fresh in memory, so it is a good time to review decisions on what to do with your estate.

 

I find a lot of people who never put together an estate plan. There are also a lot of people who did their estate plan a long time ago. Now they aren't even sure where their estate planning documents are.
