What Do You Do With a Corporation or LLC You're Not Using?

Sometimes people set up corporations and LLCs they never end up using or use only for a little while. Usually, the corporation or LLC was set up in Nevada or some other sexy state with "cool laws." (There's nothing cool about Nevada this week.) If you have one of these dormant companies, DON'T KEEP IT! Just kill the thing.
