Documents Lost in the Twilight Zone

Published: Tue, 10/31/17

Hi

So many lost opportunities. You spend all the money and time to put your estate in order, and then it is all for naught. No one knows what you did, what you wanted, or who you wanted to inherit valuables. Your business dies in probate, your children stop talking to each other in the fight over the favorite heirloom Halloween decorations, and everything is one big mess.

This isn't what you wanted. You put together your estate plan precisely to avoid this horrific scenario. Unfortunately, your heirs couldn't find your will, trust, or other important documents. Followup matters, and part of that is making sure those who will be acting on your wishes have the necessary tools to do so.

Where should you keep important documents? Find out in my YouTube video.
