What happens if the person you chose to act as your successor trustee or personal representative is no longer your first choice? As I explain in my YouTube video, a living revocable trust includes contingency plans. You can name more than one choice as a successor trustee. Or if you need to, you can amend the trust to name new choices for successor trustees.
