No one wants to think about the realities of what might happen to minor children when their parents die. As I explain in my YouTube video, this is one of the saddest places in the law that I have ever dealt with. Have the courage to make sure that any children you are close to have parents responsible enough to name guardians for them in a will in case the unthinkable happens.
