I hope your Fourth of July celebration went off with fireworks and a bang!  I enjoyed mine with Kristy and my family. I think we are down to the last of everything with Kristy's ALS. It was probably our last Fourth of July together.

Having lived on the Afghan/Pakistan border for a year as a civilian in the middle of the Sindh Desert, I have a deep love and appreciation for the United States of America.  I wish everyone could have that experience.  If all the US protesters that have beefs with the US lived there for a while, they would kiss the ground when they got back to US soil.
