Do You Have the Right to Act For Your Company?

Published: Thu, 12/03/15

Hi

It doesn't matter if your company is big or small, whoever is acting for the company needs to have documented proof that they have the right to do so.  A company's bylaws or articles of organization list what managers or officers and directors can do, but until the company formally acts to give a specific person the permission to act in that capacity, that power is not officially there.

Want to know how to make the necessary resolutions to give your manager (you or someone else) the power to act in the name of the company?  Check it out in my YouTube video and in my article at http://www.llcwizard.com/give-managers-power.
