It’s not just the stock market that saw increased volatility at the beginning of 2016. The price of oil is plummeting and China is devaluing its currency. Economic instabilities are creating uncertainty, doubt and fear for investors. No one likes the idea of losing their hard-earned money that they have taken a lifetime to accumulate. The forgotten sting of 2008 is beginning to creep back into investors’ minds.
