Hi
I had a person come to me and complain that he had prepared his LLC with LegalDoom, and it hadn’t protected him when he got sued. It turned out the argument had nothing to do with the documentation used to establish
the LLC. His mistake came because when he signed invoices and other documents for his company, he never listed his company position.
The person suing had an easy argument, and the court set aside any protection the LLC might have offered. Make sure you know how to protect yourself against a lapse like this. Read my article at
http://www.llcwizard.com/sign-here and make sure you are signing company documents correctly.

could maybe squeeze just one more in, and June's is half full already. Make sure you know how to protect yourself and your company while making more money.
