Tip: Promised Anonymity? It's a Sham.

Hi

As I explain in my YouTube video to the right and on my blog at http://www.legalees.com/anonymity-is-a-myth/, true anonymity in business dealings does not exist.

If someone wants to sue you, there are plenty of ways to find out what property you are connected to.  Putting a property into a trust can offer a small bit of anonymity, but that threshold is easily crossed by the databases available to industry professionals.

It is a much better practice to make sure your entities are set up for maximum asset protection, whether or not an attacker knows who owns what.  Make sure you set things up right using my Accumulation and Preservation of Wealth set.  It will walk you through what needs to be done and why.

So, if you really want to try for anonymity, go ahead.  Just don't expect much real protection as a result.
