Hi
Ever think about what happens to your IRA after you die?
You can find more detailed information in my YouTube video and on my blog on this subject at
http://www.legalees.com/ira-beneficiaries/, but know that it is generally a bad idea to name your estate or your trust as the beneficiary for your IRA. For one thing, doing so exposes the money you have in that IRA to your creditors.
Unless you've recently made sure that the beneficiaries are the actual people you would want to have inherit the IRA, there
is a good chance it may not end up the way you would wish. Take a few minutes to be certain your listed beneficiaries are the ones you want. It will save your heirs a lot of headache and money later.

Advanced Tax Tactics. There's a whole chapter on how to grow your money and save taxes for your children by teaching them how to stretch an IRA.
