This is just a little tidbit of bad news that may affect some of you, but something you need to know, if it applies.  HUD has announced that it will NOT extend the waiver which expired on 12/31/2014 to allow transactions under 90 days to be resold.  Exclusions include inherited properties, relocations, government agency sales and foreclosures.

I hope you had a great holiday season.  Kristy and I had all the kids and grandkids home for Christmas and New Years.  We don’t know what this year will bring with Kristy’s ALS, but we will take it one day at a time. Thanks for all the support I have gotten from you all.
