As with everything to do with the government, the FinCEN registration isn’t intuitive. I keep getting calls from people trying to figure out where to do their FinCEN filings.

Personal Registration

If you have multiple entities that need to be registered with FinCEN, then it is easiest to get a personal FinCEN number. That number can then be used on the registration application for each entity, and you don’t have to fill out all your personal information every time. You will have to create a FinCEN account.

Entity Registration

To do an entity registration, go to https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/

Good Luck! Get it done now. Trump isn’t going to save you, and the courts aren’t either before the end of the year. They already have all your information, this just ties it up in a nice little package for them.
